Based on China Unicom mobile proxy server full coverage, Our customers can see the production status of orders in real time through AR glasses. Meanwhile,we can collect all data,include in product daily output, material consumption, warehouse real-time inventory, order progress and so on via 5G data platform.

In order to achieve intelligent warehouse’s automatically operation, we have built up the biggest single intelligent warehouse in China, which is calculated and managed by WMS,WCS system. The covered area is 3100 square meters, that can store 20000 cubic meters products & 3000 Ton material.All information will be sent to Sensing equipment, which connect with the Internet. Intelligent identify& Management system will ensure all information’s and all cargo’s Mutual-connection.

Relying on Tianjin University,Zhejiang University,East China University of Science and Technology,Zhejiang University of Technology,Zhongtai Chemical’s research institute technical support,AITE can fully achieve”one station service” from technological design from all mass transfer production.AITE R&D equiped with the CNC machine,CNC engraving machine,large-scale electric pulse machine lathe,NC lathe,medium speed wire-cut EDM and so on, also is the department which owned the most complete equipment and the strongest technical force in the industry currently.
