Short Description:

Plastic Ralu ring is an improved Pall ring. The mainly improvement is to increase two ends turn-ups and wall’s thickness. If existing columns are equipped with Plastic Ralu ring’s, a decrease in operating costs and higher separation efficiency at a constant bed height will be achieved. At an unchanged separation efficiency, the bed height can be reduced, thus decreasing the pressure drop.

Two ends turn-ups is similar Cascade Mini Ring structure. When liquid passing Plastic Ralu ring surface, it will follow down along with two turn-up.Meanwhile, inner wetteable surface area is bigger than pall ring. Therefore, Plastic Ralu ring can replace the Pall ring in some fileds.
