Tooth Type Teller rosette rig is an improved product of ordinary teller rosette ring. The most obvious difference is Tooth Type structure. Although Tooth Type teller rosetter ring surface area is close to or equal to the ordinary packing, but caused more intersititial hold-up points on its surface, it will create more re-contact surface and point for air-liquid contacting. Under the same  volume, Static pressure loss can reduce 40-50% than others. Under the same pressure drop, the filling volume will recue 35-50%. Furthermore, processing efficiency will increase 26-35% than other packing.

Tooth type teller rosette ring can be operated at capacities up to the phase inversion point,owing to their open filamentous configuration, phase inversion in teller resette packed column can be reversed by simply reducing either the gas or liquid flow.The tower does not have to be shut down and restarted
