Compared with other packing, Snowflake ring’s pressure drop & processing efficiency is better than Pall rings and save more than 50% energy cost than Saddle ring.

Due to the diameter & design configuration, Snowflake ring  is not commonly used in towers with a diameter of less than 1000mm. When snowflake ring filling in the packing bed, it will interlock during loading thus requiring more than the normal volume correction factor compared to Pall Rings. In actual application, You have to buy 15-18% more than Actual usage.
